March 2024

First of all I would like to start this blog by warning you to not wear any kind of backpack in Madrid, because there are several professional pickpocket that will steal your wallet in a second.

Please try to wear fanny packs and keep your money and passport inside your coat or something.

Now we can start talking about the good things :)

Things to do in Madrid;

The things that you must see are as follows

"El Retiro Park"

  • Royal Palace (be sure to buy tickets beforehand)

  • Almudena Cathedral (that is opposed to the palace)

  • Debod (Egyptian Temple) - not so far from the palace and the cathedral

  • Spend long long time in El Retiro Park if the weather is nice

  • Palacio de Cristal (inside the El Retiro Park)
