Alexandroupoli & Thessaloniki

As we went Greece by car from Istanbul, we had to pass the Alexandroupoli, so we decided to stay for a day and explore. It is a very small seaport, there is not much thing to do if it's not summer.

From Alexandroupoli to Thessaloniki, in the middle of this journey there is another seaport called Kavala, you can stop by there to have some famous Kavala Cookies and a coffee.

Walk around the port and climb to the Kavala castle. There is also a Archaeological Museum of Kavala if you are interested.
